Kris Gilheaney has been in the recruitment industry since 2001, working with leading international recruiters such as Adecco and Grafton Recruitment Group. In 2006, he joined specialist recruiter CSL as Senior Partner.
Having set up BIM Recruiter around 2012, Kris developed an innovative approach to contingent recruiting, the 'risk share' placement model has gone from strength to strength and we now list many main contractors, architects and consultant engineers on our books.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, dining out and travelling.
Ryan is heavily involved in the 360 degree technical recruitment cycle here at BIM Recruiter.
Collaborating daily with clients and candidates alike, with a fair share of Business Development and Digital marketing thrown in for good mix.
Away from the office, Ryan spends most of his time listening to his newborns screaming at him for food, following the football or finding a reason to live now that Game Of Thrones has ended.

Mark Leonard has recently joined the BIM Recruiter team and he is tasked with engaging new clients, spreading the word on our risk share placement model and managing all social media activities.
Mark engages new clients, builds rapport and increases market awareness of the BIM Recruiter offering. Mark has built strong relationships with architecture, engineering and construction clients.
Away from work, Mark enjoys socialising with friends over an ice-cold pint, attending gigs and travelling.
