The Team

Kris Gilheaney has been in the engineering recruitment industry since 2001. He kicked his career off with Adecco and moved on to Grafton Recruitment soon after. During the boom times of the 'Celtic Tiger' in Ireland, Kris worked with Architects, Engineers and Contractors and gained great industry experience before the markets turned in 2008/2009. 

Having focused on the MEP market, Kris spotted an increase in demand for BIM professionals and he decided this was a great niche to focus on. 

BIM Recruiter Ltd now list some of the UK and Irelands leading ACE companies amongst the client lists.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, dining out and travelling in his camper van. 

Ryan is heavily involved in the 360 degree technical recruitment cycle here at BIM Recruiter. 

He connects great people to brilliant opportunities. 

Collaborating daily with clients and candidates alike, with a fair share of Business Development and Digital marketing thrown in for good mix.

Away from the office, Ryan is a fanatical Arsenal fan and enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Jonie joined BIM Recruiter as a Talent Partner in May 2024. 

Jonie has extensive experience in technical recruiting in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He has successfully grown technical teams across Oil, Gas, Construction and Engineering sectors.
